During the visit to the distillery I saw everything from the still where the mash is distilled to the barrels where the whiskey is aged. Trent is a mad scientist crafting what were hands-down the most unique spirits I have ever tasted! His passion is evident in every sip. I feel like I tasted the future of whiskey!
